Why do I need a consultation first?
Because every skin journey is unique. Your consultation allows us to understand your skin before recommending treatments.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
Consultation investments are non-refundable.
Can my consultation investment be applied toward products?
No. Your Virtual Consultation payment and your In-Person Consultation booking fee are credited toward the treatment services in your personalized plan. The Consultation + Customized Facial fee is not credited, since it's an all-inclusive service that includes a facial performed at your visit.
Do I have to purchase treatments afterward?
No. You'll receive expert guidance and a customized treatment plan. Whether you move forward is completely your decision.
Can I book treatments without a consultation?
For most new clients, consultations are the first step to ensure we recommend the most appropriate treatments for your skin.
