Spring/Summer Heat Caution Shipping Policy

One of the biggest challenges that we face here at Vivify Body & Co. is not being able to control the weather and the outside temperature which ultimately affects our Skin Frosting and Body Scrubs.

During the warmer months out of the year, these products tend to melt during transit. Our goal is to keep our products as natural as possible without using synthetic materials like emulsifiers and stabilizers to prevent melting. It is super imperative to me that your products are super concentrated so you can receive the skin that you deserve. Most products shipped in warm weather arrive without melting. But please understand, there is no way that we can ship products and completely control the high heat temperatures of summer, trucks and mailboxes. 

Please make sure that you are shipping your order to a location where it isn't sitting on a porch or in a mailbox for long periods of time and keep an eye out on your tracking number at ALL TIMESVivify Body & Co. will ship orders via UPS Monday-Wednesday.

If you receive your product melted despite our efforts, no worries! The quality of the product isn't affected. Please understand that once the product melts, it will no longer be whipped, but more like a balm once cooled.

Whipping adds air bubbles (just like whipped cream) that increase the size, lightens the density and changes the texture, making the Skin Frosting light and fluffy. If a whipped product melts, the air bubbles are collapsed, so the volume is decreased. So although the jar was filled to the top, if the Skin frosting melts, there will be less volume in the container.  The container may actually look half full.   

Place your Skin Frosting and Body Scrubs in the refrigerator to slightly harden and it will be good to go!
