Shipping Policy

All of our products are made with love, integrity, and are crafted by hand to ensure that our customers receives the highest quality products. 

We understand that our customers anticipate and are excited to receive their orders, but we do ask that our customers allow 7-10 business days for processing and 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for shipping. We will work diligently to get your orders out as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Once we send out the tracking numbers to our customers, it may take up to 24 hours to update. After the order is shipped, Vivify Body & Co. is no longer responsible for the order.

 

Damaged/Lost/Stolen

We do offer shipping insurance through "ROUTE" which can be purchase at the time of check out. 

If you purchased "ROUTE" at check out, and your order is missing, lost, or stolen, please click here to file a claim with ROUTE.

If your package is missing or if your item arrives broken and you chose to opt out purchasing ROUTE at the time that you've completed your order, Vivify Body & Co. is no longer responsible for the order once it is in the hands of the carrier and your order will not be replaced by Vivify Body & Co. You must file a claim directly with the carrier in question. Please contact UPS directly at (800) 742-5877 for their assistance in finding a solution if any issues arises.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that their address is entered correctly. In cases that your order is returned back to sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost.   

Please be advised that while we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive to you safely, we have no control over circumstances once the package leaves our store.

HEAT/SUMMER SHIPPING

I know that some customers may have some concerns about purchasing body butters during the summer months because body butters tend to melt. During the summer, we will ship orders of our Skin Frosting and Body Scrubs frozen Monday through Wednesday. If you happen to receive your Skin Frosting melted, your container WILL BE HALF WAY FULL! We recommend that you ship your order to a location where it won't be left outside in the heat for long periods of time. When our Skin Frosting (Whipped body butter) is whipped, it expands, but shrinks when it is melted. No worries! Just store it in a cool place (ex. refrigerator) until it slightly hardens. 

 

International Shipping

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, go out UPS. TrPlease note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the CURRENT USPS shipping rates.

 

The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.
